The interactive workshop will go over how yoga and running can be aligned along the same principles to increase enjoyment and speed while decreasing injuries.

The workshop will also introduce the principles of ChiRunning and include a relaxing yoga class following a short all-levels run starting from Ashtanga Yoga Montreal.
Eric Collard is one of 11 certified ChiRunning instructors in Canada and has taught the technique to more than 500 people from coast to coast over the past three years. He is also a Running Injury Prevention Specialist and a lululemon Alumni Running Ambassador.
