MODULE 3 = 15 hours


This module will focus particularly on the anatomy and physiology specific to the practice of yoga . Especially in regard to the balance between stretching and strengthening , mobility and stability , understanding the muscular diaphragms , the concept of bandhas seen through the lens of the functional anatomy , postural alignment and proprioception. We also examine the most common injury in Yoga and how to prevent them.
